This Indenture, made this 31 day of Oct AD
1912, between C.W. Bauknight Ida M. Bauknight
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
part of the first part, and Samuel Brown of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of
the second part. Witnesseth That the said party of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of one - Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have remised, released and quit-
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release
and quit-claim unto the said party of the sec-
ond part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said parties of the first part have in and to
the following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
to-wit: Five (5) acres square in S.W. corner of E 1/2
of N.E. 1/4 section (28) township ten (10) range
Eighteen (18) To have and to hold the same,
together with all and singular the appurten-
naces thereunto belonging or in anywise there-
unto appertaining, and all the estate, right,
title, interest and claim whatever of the said
parties of the first part, either in law or equity,
to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said party of the second part, his heirs
and assigns forever.

first part have hereunto set our hand and seal
the day and year first above written.
