of land situated in Alachua County, Florida, to
wit: The North East quarter of the South West

To have and to hold the same unto the party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, together
with all and singular the tenements, heredit-
aments and appurtenances to the same belong-
ing or in any wise appertaining.

T.B. Stringfellow and his wife Willie A. Stringfellow to
me well known and known to me to be the
identical persons described in and who exe-
cuted the within deed and each severally acknowl-
edged before me that they executed the same

Willie A. Stringfellow wife of the said T.B. String-
fellow, upon an examination taken and
made by me separately and apart from
her said husband did acknowledge before
