This indenture, made this 11th day of November
1912, between Warren H. Williams & his wife -
Williams of the County of Thomas in the State of
Georgia parties of the first part and W.S. Broome of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Ten (& other valuable consideration) dollars, to
us in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
has granted, bargained and sold to the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns
forever, the following described lots, pieces, parcels
or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua
County, Florida, to-wit: All of our interest in and
to the following described land to wit: Beginning
at the North East corner of sec. 29 in Township 9
Range 20 and run thence West along the North-
ern boundary line of said section to the Eastern
line of the S.F. & W. Ry Co's (Now A.C.L. R.R. Co)
right of way thence in a southeasterly direction
along said line to where the same is crossed
by Hog Town creek, thence due east to Eastern
boundary line of said section 29, thence North
along said section line to point of beginning,
containing by estimation 23 acres of land, more
or less, and being that identical land described
in deed from Mrs. V. Folk to Warren H. Williams
& B.A. Daniels as the same appears of record in
deed book 49 at pages 224-225 of public record
Alachua County Florida. The interest herein con-
veyed being an undivided one half interest & all
