the interest of grantors herein. To have and to
hold the above described premises, together with
all and singular the tenements, the heredita-
ments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining, unto him the said
party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever.
And the said parties of the first part do hereby
fully warrant the title to said land, and will
defend the same against the lawful claims of
all persons whomsoever. except as against claims
arising out of unpaid taxes.

Before me personally appeared Warren H. Williams
and Mary Johnson Williams his wife, to me
well known as the persons described in and
who executed the above and foregoing deed of
conveyance and each severally acknowledged
the execution of said deed for the uses and pur-
poses therein set forth and contained. And the
said Mrs. Mary Johnson Williams the wife
of the said Warren H. Williams upon an
examination taken and made by me separate-
ly and apart from her said husband, did
acknowledge before me that she made herself
a party to said deed and executed the same
freely and voluntarily and without compul-
sion, constraint, apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband.
