This Indenture, Made this 5th day of January, AD
1910, between Mrs. Blanche Futch and R.J. Futch
her husband, Mrs. Leona Donnelly and H.W. Don-
nelly, her husband, Peeler Mizelle (single), B.A.
Mizelle and Clara Mizelle, his wife, R.P. Mizelle
(single), W.L. Mizelle and Maud Mizelle, his wife
Purvis Mizelle, and Veta Mizelle, his wife, heirs
at law of Zeurlor C. Mizelle, deceased, parties of
the first part, and J.C. Mizelle of the County of
Alachua, and State of Florida, party of the second
part. Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first,
part, for and in consideration of the sum of one
dollar and other valuable considerations, in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have re-
mised, released and quit-claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit claim unto
the said party of the second part, and his heirs
