This Indenture, made this 20th day of August 1912
between T.B. Stringfellow & his wife Willie A. String-
fellow of the County of Alachua in the State of Flor-
ida parties of the first part and R.T. Schafer of
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said parties
of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum
of Ten (& other valuable consideration) dollars, to them
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has grant-
ed, bargained and sold to the said party of the sec-
ond part, his heirs and assigns forever, the follow-
ing described lots, pieces; parcels or tract of land,
situated and being in Alachua County, Florida, to-wit:
The North West quarter of the south west quarter
of section thirty (30) in Township nine (9) Range
twenty (20) containing by estimation forty acres of
land more or less To have and to hold the above
described premises, together with all and singular
the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in any wise appertaining,
unto him the said party of the second part, heirs
and assigns forever. And the said parties of the first
part do hereby fully warrant the title to said land,
and will defend the same against the lawful
claims of all persons whomsoever.
