for and in consideration of the sum of One Dollars, in
hand paid by the said party of the second part, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed and by these presents do remise, re-
lease and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and its successors and assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which the
said parties of the first part have in and to the following
described lot, piece or parcel of land, to wit:
South Half of South East quarter: West Half of North
West quarter and South East quarter of North West
quarter, Section Eighteen (18) Tp 11 S R. 18 E also West
Half of North West quarter: and the South West quar-
ter of Section Twelve (12) Township 11 S R. 17 E. (Same being
in Alachua County, Florida: and being land here-
to me deed to the firm of M. Venable & Co. which
said firm was confirmed of M. Venable and W.J. Jones:
and M. Venable and Wife having heretofore conveyed
said land to the second party. This deed is Executed
to more effectually convey same to said second
party) To Have and To Hold the same, together with all
and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the
estate, right, title, interest and claim whatever
of the said parties of the first part, either in law
or equity to the only proper use, benefit and
behoof of the said party of the second part its
successors and assigns forever.

have hereunto set their hands and seals the day
and year first above written.
