I Hereby Certify, That on This 11th day of October, 1912
before me, a Notary Public in and for the State of
Florida at Large personally appeared J.N. Patton and
J.M. Patton his wife and W.S. Broome and Mayme F.
Broome his wife, to me known to be the persons
described in, and who executed the foregoing instrument
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof to
be their free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein mentioned: and the said J.M. Patton wife of the
said J.N. Patton and Mayme F. Broome, the wife of
the said W.S. Broome, each and severally in an
examination taken and made separately and
apart from her said husband did acknowledge
that she made herself a party to the said deed for
the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dow-
er, or right of dower, as well as her separate statutory
estate in and to the lands, tenements and heredit-
aments therein described and thereby granted and
released, and that she executed said deed freely,
and voluntarily and without any compulsion
constraint, apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.

the date aforesaid.
