This Indenture, Made this 17th day of October A.D.
1912, between Porter H. Smith and his wife Pearl Smith
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the first part, and The Bank of Newberry a corpora-
tion under the laws of Florida of the County of Ala-
chua and State of Florida, party of the second part.
Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of (1) one dollar
and other valuable considerations in hand paid
by the said party of the second part, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledge, have remised, released
and quit-claimed, and by these presents do remise,
release and quit-claim unto the said party of the
second part, and its heirs and assigns forever, all
the right, title, interest, claim and demand which
the said parties of the first part have in and to
the following described lots, piece or parcel of land,
to wit: West 23/50 Lot (7) Seven, Block (32) thirty-two,
