Be It Remembered, That on this 28th day of October
A.D. 1912, before the undersigned authority person-
ally appeared Abe Dzialynski and Ellalu
Dzialynski his wife, who are to me known to
be the persons described in, and who executed
the foregoing instrument of writing and severally
acknowledge that they signed, sealed and del-
ivered the said instrument of writing as and
for their own free act and deed, and for the
use and purposes therein mentioned, and the
said Ellalu Dzialynski, the wife of the said Abe
Dzialynski on a separate and private examin-
ation made by me separate and apart from her
said husband, then and there acknowledged be-
fore me that she executed the said instrument
of writing for the purpose of releasing and relinquish-
ing her dower and right of dower, separate estate
and homestead rights in and to the lands
therein described and that she did the same
freely and voluntarily and without any com-
pulsion, constraint, apprehension of fear of or
from her said husband.
