Story by Miss Mary Bailey, being a part and
fractional of the South East quarter of Section 32
Township 9 Range 20 East lying East of the Right
of way of the Atlantic Coast Line Railway same
as described in Deed Book no. 55 Folio 138 Public Rec-
ords of Alachua County, also commencing at the North
East corner of a four acre lot of land sold by Miss
Mary E. Bailey to Mary Story in the S.E. 1/4 of Sec-
tion 32 Township 9 Range 20 East, and from thence
run West on the North boundary of said Mary
Story lot two hundred (200) feet thence North twenty
(20) feet thence East two hundred (200) feet thence South
twenty (20) feet to the point of beginning; being part
of the same land conveyed to Annie L. DaCosta by
Miss Mary E. Bailey and H.J. Bailey and wife,
and E.C. Bailey and wife, and O.B. Bailey and wife,
and W.S. Campbell and wife, heirs at law of James
B. Bailey and M.N. Bailey deceased, all of which deed
are recorded in the public Records of Alachua County
Florida containing by estimation - acres of land,
more or less. Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging, or in anywise appertaining. To
have and to hold the same unto her the said
Rebecca Poole and to her heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute. And
they the said O.H. Thomas and Ralph W. Thomas
do hereby covenant and agree to and with the
said Rebecca Poole that they are lawfully
seized in fee of the property herein and hereby
conveyed, and that they have good and lawful
right to sell and convey the same; that the
same is free from all incumbrances of any
kind whatsoever, and that they will and their
heirs, executors, and administrators shall and
will forever warrant and defend the same unto
her the said Rebecca Poole and to her heirs, ex-
ecutors, administrators and assigns, against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all per-
sons whomsoever, now claiming, or hereafter to
claim the same.
