his wife of the aforesaid County and State, for
and in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars,
and other good and valuable considerations to us
in hand paid by Mary M. Gobert of the County of
Alachua in the State of Florida the receipt whereof
we do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell and convey unto him the said Mary
M. Gobert all that certain lot, piece, tract or parcel
of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, particularly known and
described as follows, to-wit: Begin at the South-east
corner of Mrs. E.C. Pounds Home Place Lot, and
thence run South along Prairie Avenue Eighty (80)
Feet; thence West one hundred Fifty-seven Feet (157);
North Eighty (80) Feet; and thence East one hundred
Fifty-seven (157) Feet back to the place of beginning,
same lying and being in the City of Gainesville,
same lying and being in the City of Gainesville,
Florida, and situated in Section Four (4), Township
Ten (10), South, Range Twenty (20), East. Containing by
estimation - acres of land, more or less. Together with
all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging, or in any wise
appertaining: To have and to hold the same unto her
the said Mary M. Gobert and to her heirs, executors,
Administrators and assigns, in fee simple absolute.
And we the said J. Dudley Williams and Lillie
M. Williams do hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said Mary Medlin Gobert that we are
lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed, and that we have good
and lawful right to sell and convey the same;
that the same is free from all incumbrances of
any kind whatsoever, and that we will and
our heirs, executors, and administrators shall
and will forever fully warrant and defend
the same unto her the said Mary M. Gobert
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and
assigns, against the lawful claims and de-
mands of any and all persons whomsoever, now
claiming, or hereafter to claim the same.
