and Mary P. Pound, his wife; C.A. Pound, and
Annie C. Pound, his wife; C.J. Baird and Clara
P. Baird, (formerly Clara Pound), his wife; all of
Alachua County, Florida; and E.H. Pound and
Estelle W. Pound, his wife, of Duval County, Flor-
ida: parties of the first part, and H.F. Gobert, of
the same County and State, party of the second
part. Witnesseth; That the said parties of the first
part, for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty-
five and no/100 ($ 25.00) Dollars, to them in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
