claimed, and by these presents do hereby grant, bar-
gain, sell, convey, remise, release and quit-claim
unto him, the said party of the second part, and
to his heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns
all of the right, title, interest, claim and demand,
which the said parties of the first part, or either of
them have in and to the following described lots,
tracts, pieces or parcels of land situated, lying
and being in the city of Gainesville, Alachua
County, Florida, and more particularly known, dis-
tinguished and described as follows, to-wit: Begin
at the South-east corner of Mrs. E.C. Pounds home
Place Lot, and thence run South along Prairie Ave-
nue Eighty (80) Feet; thence west one hundred fifty-
seven (157) Feet; thence north eighty (80) feet; thence East
one hundred fifty-seven (157) feet back to the place of
beginning, same lying and being in the City of
Gainesville, Florida, and situated in Section Four (4),
Township Ten (10), South, Range Twenty (20), East, Alachua
County, Florida. Together with all and singular the
rights, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances to
the same belonging, or in any wise appertaining. To
have and to hold the above granted and described
premises, and every part and parcel thereof, unto 
him, the said H.F. Gobert, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim, which the said
parties of the first part, or either of them, may have
either in law or equity, to the only proper use, bene-
fit and behalf of the said party of the second part,
his heirs, executors and administrators forever.
