Personally came before me Mrs E.L. Pound, a
widow, W.T. Pound and Mary P. Pound, his wife;
C.A. Pound and Annie C. Pound, his wife; C.L. Baird
and Clara P. Baird, his wife, each of whom being
to me well and personally known, and known
to be the identical persons, described in and who
executed the above and foregoing deed of conveyance,
and each severally acknowledged for himself or
herself that they each signed, sealed and delivered
the same at the time and place, in the manner
and for the uses and purposes therein expressed
and contained. And the said Mary P. Pound, wife
of W. Turner Pound; Annie C. Pound, wife of the
said C.A. Pound; Clara P. Baird, wife of the said
C.L. Baird, upon an examination taken and made
by me separately, and severally, and apart from
their said husband, respectively, acknowledged
that they each signed, sealed and delivered the
same without the least compulsion, constraint, ap-
prehension or fear of or from their said husbands;
and that the same was executed by each of them
respectively freely and voluntarily.
