of land, more or less. Together with all and sin-
gular the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces to the same belonging, or in anywise appertain-
ing. To have and to hold the same unto him
the said Henry N. Le Roy, and to his heirs, ex-
ecutors, administrators and assigns, in fee simple
absolute. And I, the said Ida D. Williams, do
hereby covenant and agree to and with the said
Henry N. Le Roy, that I did lawfully seized
in fee of the property herein and hereby conveyed,
and that I have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same; that the same is free from
all incumbrances of any kind whatsoever, and that
I will and my heirs, executors, and administra-
tors shall and will forever warrant and defend
the same unto him the said Henry N. Le Roy,
and to his heirs, executors, administrators and ass-
igns, against the lawful claims and demands of
any and all persons whomsoever, now claiming,
or hereafter to claim the same.
