ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have grant-
ed, bargained, sold and conveyed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and convey unto
the said party of the second part, and his heirs
and assigns forever, the following land lying,
being and situate in the said County of Alachua
and State of Florida, to-wit: Lots ten (10) Eleven (11)
Twelve (12) thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14) in Block "A"
according to survey of the west half of Block Five
(5) of Browns addition to Gainesville as per plat
of same duly recorded in Plat Block "A" of the Public
Records of Alachua County Fla. containing - acres,
be the same more or less, together with all and
singular the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise incident or
appertaining. To have and to hold said lands and
premises, with the appurtenances, to the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns, forever,
and the said party of the first part do hereby find
themselves and their heirs, executors and adminis-
trators to fully warrant and forever defend he
title to said premises unto the said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns, against the
said parties of the first half and their heirs, execut-
ors and administrators, and against all persons
whomever lawfully or equitable claiming or to claim
the same.

part have hereunto set their hand and seals the
