Sarah Elizabeth Keys, his wife, personally known
to me to be the same persons whose names are
subscribed to the foregoing instrument, appeared
before me this day in person, and acknowledged
that they signed, sealed and delivered the said
Instrument as their free and voluntary act, for
the uses and purposes therein set forth, includ-
ing the release and waiver of the right of home-
stead.

This indenture, made this 30th day of July AD
1912 Between Westley P. Player of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida party of the first
part, and Lizzie Player and her children of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida party
of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said
party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of one Dollar (and the natural love
and affection) to him in hand paid, the receipt
where of is hereby acknowledged, have bargained,
sold and transferred, and by these presents do
bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party
of the second part and her heirs forever, all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows: A lot of land
measuring 66 feet from North to South and 158
feet from East to West on the west end of the
Primus Player lot and west of and adjoining
Raphila Players lot in Block 24 Brushes Addition
to Gainesville Florida and being the same lot
