This indenture, made this 12 day of July A.D.
1912, Between Mrs. Jannie E. Green and her hus-
band W.A. Green of the County of Marion and
State of Florida partys of the first part, and W.J.
Crosby of the County of Marion and State of Flor-
ida party of the second part, Witnesseth, that the
said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred and thirty five Dollars,
to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, have granted, bargained, sold and
transferred, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell and transfer unto the said party of the second
part and his heirs and assigns forever, all that
certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida more par-
ticularly described as follows: Starting at the north
west corner of Section 15 Township 12 range 22 East
& running east along Section line 292 feet to east
side of Jones Street. Thence South along Jones Street
348 feet to corner of lot to be herein deed. Thence run-
ning East parale with Section line 267 feet to corner
Thence South along line of G.C. Miles Lot 102 feet
Thence West parale with Section line 267 feet to Jones
Street. Thence North along Jone Street 102 feet to point
of beginning Known as Lot II 34 in Town of Island
Grove Together with all the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title,
interest and estate, dower and right of dower,
reversion, remainder and easement thereto belonging
or in anywise appertaining: To have and to hold
the same in fee simple forever. And the said
partys of the first part do covenant with the
said - party of the second part that they lawful-
ly seized of the said premises, that they are free
from all incumbrances and that - good right and
lawful authority to sell the same; and the said
partys of the first part do hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same
