                This indenture made and enter-
ed into this the 16th day of August, 1912 between
Mrs. Bessie A. Evins, a widow, of said County,
party of the first part, and H.D. Wood, of Alachua
County, Florida, party of the second part, Witness-
eth: That said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of one hundred
and eighty dollars ($180.00) to her cash in hand
paid by party of the second part, the receipt where-
of is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained,
sold and conveyed and by these presents does bar-
gain, grant, sell and convey unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns all the
following described piece or parcel or tract of land
situated, lying, and being in Alachua County,
Florida, to-wit: in Section 32, Township 11, Range
21 East, commencing at the Northwest corner of
Hester's eight acre lot, said corner being forty
five feet from center of A.C.L. Railway thence
run parallel with said Railroad two hundred,
feet. Thence east four hundred and thirty-seven
feet, thence south two hundred feet, to Hester's
North line; thence West four hundred and thirty-
seven feet to place of beginning and containing
two acres, more or less. To Have And to hold
said premises, with all and singular the rights
members and appurtenances thereof, to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said party
of the second part, his heirs and assigns in fee
simple. And the said party of the first part her
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns unto
the said party of the second part his heirs, ex-
ecutors, administrators and assigns, against
the said party of the first part, her heirs, execut-
ors, administrators and all and every other per-
son or persons, shall and will warranty and forever
