Know all men by these presents, that the Lake City
Land and Timber Company. a corporation existing
under the house of the state of Florida, with its
principal office at Lake City, Columbia County, Flor-
ida, party of the first part, and F. F. Bardin and
D. W. Brown, of Columbia County, Florida, parties
of the second part, witnesseth: That the said party
of the first part, for and in consideration of the
sum of Fifty-nine Thousand and Forty($ 59,040.00)
Dollars, to it in hand paid by the parties of the
second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has granted, bargained, sold and conveyed,
and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell
and convey unto the said parties of the second
part, Their heirs and assigns, forever, all those
lots, parcels or tracts of land buying and being
situated in the Counties of Alachua and Columbia,
State of Florida, and described as follows : The Lots
numbered Three (3) and Six (6) of Section Twenty
(20); The south half of the south west quarter
of section Twenty-one (21); the north west quarter
of the South east quarter, and the South east
quarter of the south west quarter of Section Twenty-
