1912 Between G. Harold Porter and Louise M. Porter (his wife)
of the Township of South Orange of the County of Essex
and State of New Jersey parties of the first part, and
Alachua County Colonization Company, a Corporation
Organized and Existing under the Laws of The State
of Virginia party of the second part, Witnesseth, That
the said parties of the first part, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of Three Hundred ($300.00) Dollars
to them in hand paid, The receipt Whereof is hereby
acknowledged, hath granted, bargained, sold and trans-
ferred, and by these presents doth grant, bargain,
sell and transfer unto the said party of the
second part and its successors and assigns
