Eighty two feet(682), thence east three hundred
and eight feet (380), thence southerly to a point
on Belvedere avenue four hundred and sixty
seven feet (467) from the point of beginning, thence
west along Belvedere avenue four hundred and
sixty seven feet (467) to point of beginning, all in
section 33, Township 8, Range 22 East. Containing
by estimation 6-6/10 acres of land, more or less.
(Being the same property described in deed from
the first party to True W. Davis, dated March 7th,
1901, and recorded at pages forty and forty one of
Deed Book 54, of the Public Records of Alachua
County, Florida, and the object of this conveyance
being to more effectually pass title unto the said
second party and confirm the same, the said
second party being the purchaser of said land
from the heirs of said True W. Davis, and the
said former conveyance of the first party to the
said True W. Davis being defective in that the
first party was not therein shown to be a widow,
and the acknowledgement to said former deed being
incomplete) Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances unto
the same belonging or in any wise appertaining.
To have and to hold the same unto him the
said party of the second party, his heirs and
assigns forever.in fee* simple absolute, together
with and including all and every right, interest,
claim, title or demand of the said first party either
at law of in equity therein unto the said party
of the second party, his heirs and assigns, for
his and their own proper use, benefit and behalf
forever.
