All the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said parties of the first half have
in and to the following described lot, piece or
parcel of land, to-wit: Commence at the north
west corner of lot Ten (10) of the Moses E. Levy
Grant in Alachua County Fla Run South
Twenty Chains (20) to P.O.B. From this point
run East Twenty Three (23) Chains then south
twenty (20) chains then west Twenty Three (23)
Chains then north Twenty (20) chains to Point
of Beginning To Have and to hold the same,
together with all and singular the appurtenan-
ces thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto
appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the land parties of the
first part, either in law of equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behalf of the said part-
ies of the second part, their heirs and assigns
forever.
