of land situated, lying and being in the County
of Alachua, State of Florida, to-wit: a strip of
land one hundred & thirty (130) feet wide being
sixty-five (65) feet on each side of the centre line
of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as located
and constructed through a part of the E 1/2 of the
N.W. 1/4 Section 16 Township 11 South of Range 18
East, extending from the eastern limit of the right
of way of the S.A.L. Ry to the Northern boundary
of lands owned by C.W. Bauknight a distance of
866 ft containing 2.58 acres. Also through W.S. Lot
Sec (6) Sec 22 and U.S. Lot 1 sec 27 and the SE 1/4
of sec 27 all in T 11 S.R. 18 E extending from sta.
150 x 95 to sta 196 + 50 a distance of 4555 feet con-
taining 13.71 acres together with all and singular,
the tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining,
and the reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof and also all the estate,
right, title, interest, dower and right of dower,
property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever,
of the said parties of the first part, both in law
and in equity, of, in and to the above granted
premises, with the hereditaments and appurtenan-
ces. To have and to hold the above granted premises,
with the appurtenances and every part thereof, unto
the said party of the second part, and its success-
ors and assigns, to its own proper use and behalf
forever for the use and purpose of the party of
the second part for the track and roadway for
said Railroad, and the proper appendages to
such track and roadway, and for the build-
ing thereof of depots, warehouses and other
structures required for the proper transaction of
the business of said Railroad Company. Provided
always, and these presents are whom the express
condition, that the said party of the second
part shall construct its railway and put it in
operation.
