a strip of land one hundred & thirty feet (130) wide
being sixty=five (65) feet on each side of the centre
line of the Atlantic coast line R.R. as located and
constructed through the W 1/2 of the S.W. 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of section 35 T. 11 S. R 18 E extending from station 245*
50 to station 251x00 a distance of 550 feet containing
1.64 acres. To have and to hold the same, together with
all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the state,
right, title, interest and clam whatever of the said
parties of the first part, either in law or equity, to
the only proper use, benefit and behalf of the said
party of the second part, its successors and assigns
forever.
In witness whereof, the said parties of the first
part have hereunto set their hand and seals the day
and year first above written.

I hereby certify, that on this 3 day June, 1912
before me, a notary public for the State of Florida
personally appeared M. Venable and H.M. Venable,
his wife, to me known to be the persons described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument,
and severally acknowledged the execution thereof
to be their free act and deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned; and the said H.M.
Venable, the wife of the said M. Venable, on and
examination taken and made separately and part
from her said husband, did acknowledge that
she made herself a party to said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her dower,
or right of dower, in and to the lands, tenements
and hereditaments therein described and thereby granted
and released, and that the executed said deed
freely and without any compulsion, constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said husband
