This indenture, Made and entered into this 25th day
of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine
hundred and 12, between John E. Videon and Annie
L. Videon his wife, of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the first part and the Atlan-
tic Coast Line Railroad Company, a Corporation created
and organized under the laws of the State of Virginia,
party of the second part: Witnesseth: That said
parties of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Fifteen and no/100 Dollars of lawful
money of the United States of America, to - in
hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath, granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey, and confirm, unto the said party
of the second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida to-wit: A strip of land
one hundred & thirty (130) feet wide being Sixty-
five (65) feet on each side of the centre line of
the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as located and
constructed through the SW 1/4 of SW 1/4, Section 9
