I, John Videon, of the County of Alachua State
of Florida do hereby acknowledge that a certain
indenture of Mortgage, bearing date the First 1st
day of May AD 1911, made and executed by J.E.
Videon and A.R. Videon his wife, to said John
Videon, on the following described Real Estate, in
the County of Alachua, and State of Florida: A
A strip of land 130 ft wide being 65 ft on each
side of the centre line of the Atlantic Coast Line
R.R. as located and constructed through the
SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 9 T11 S R 18 E.
said strip of land being 30 feet in length
and containing 0.10 acres. and recorded in
the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of
Alachua County, State of Florida, in Book 42
of Mortgages, page 568 on the 2d day of May
AD 1911, is redeemed, paid off, satisfied and
discharged in full.
In Witness Whereof, he has hereunto set his
hand and affixed his seal, this 25th day of
May AD 1912.
