This indenture, made and entered into this 25 day
of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand
nine hundred and 12, between C.D. Wood and Cora
G. Wood his wife of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the first part and the
Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company, a corporation
created and organized under the laws of the State
of Virginia, party of the second part: Witnesseth:
That said parties of the first part, for and in considera-
tion of the sum of Five hundred ($500.00) Dollars of
lawful money of the United States of America, to us
in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these pres-
ents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,
hath granted, bargained, sold, aliened, remised,
released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these
presents doth grant, bargain, sell, alien, remise,
release, convey, and confirm, unto the said
party of the second part, and its successors
and assigns forever and undivided half interest
in all of a certain tract or parcel of land sit-
uated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, wo-wit: a strip of
land one hundred & thirty (130) feet wide being
Sixty-five (65) feet on each side of the centra
line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as locat-
ed and constructed through the NW 1/4, Section
16 Township 11 South of Range 18 East, extending
from Station 28+64 to Station 46+14 a distance
of 1750 feet. Containing 5.22 acres together with
all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments,
