This indenture, Made and entered into this 27th
day of May, in the year of our Lord, one thousand
nine hundred and twelve, between M.H. DePass and
Fanny T. DePass, of the County of Alachua and State
of Florida parties of the first part and the Atlantic Coast
Line Railroad Company, a Corporation created and
organized under the laws of the State of Virginia, party
of the second part: Witnesseth: That said parties of the
first part, for and in consideration of the sum of
Five hundred ($500.00) Dollars of lawful money of the
United States of America, to them in hand paid by
the said party of the second part, at or before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargain-
ed, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed and con-
firmed, and by these presents do grant, bargain,
sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm,
unto the said party of the second part, and its
successors and assigns forever, an undivided half
interest in all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, to wit: A strip of land
130 feet wide being 65 feet on each side of the cen-
tre line of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad as
located and constructed through the N.W. 1/4,
Section 16 Township 11 South of Range 18 East, ex-
tending from Station-to-Station- a distance of
1750 feet. Containing 5.22 acres. Together with
all and singular, the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, and the reversions, remainder and re-
