This indenture, made and entered into this 25 day
of May in the year of our Lord, one thousand nine
hundred and 12, between C.W. Bauknight and Ida
M. Bauknight his wife, of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the first part and the Atlan-
tic Coast Line Railroad Company, a Corporation
created and organized under the laws of the
State of Virginia, party of the second part: Winess-
eth: That said parties of the first part, for and 
in consideration of the sum of Three hundred
($300.00) Dollars of lawful money of the United
States of America, to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part, at or before the en-
sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
Whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted, bar-
gained, sold, aliened, remised, released, conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents doth grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey,
and confirm, unto the said party of the
second part, and its successors and assigns
forever, all of a certain tract or parcel of land
situated, lying and being in the County of
Alachua, State of Florida, to-wit: A strip of
land 130 feet wide being 65 feet on each side
