This Indenture, Made this 25th day of June AD 1912,
between C.W. Wells and Julia B. Wells of the County
of Columbia and State of Florida party of the
first part, and W.R. Massey of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida party of the second p art, Witness-
eth, That the said parties of the first part, for and
in consideration of the sum of One Hundred & Fifty
Dollars, in hand paid by the said party of the second
part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
remised, released, and quit-claimed, and by these
presents do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said
party of the second part, and his heirs and assigns
forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and demand
which the said party of the first has in and to the
following described lot, piece or parcel of land,
to-wit: South East 1/4 of North West 1/4 Section 
Thirty Four Township Seven (7) South Range Nine-
