This Indenture, made this 18th. day of July AD 1913
Between J.T. Gaddy & Wife of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part, and James
Abraham of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the second part. Witnesseth, that the said parties of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Two
hundred and fifty ($250.00) Dollars, to them in hand paid,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained, sold
and transferred, and by these presents do bargain, sell and
transfer unto the said party of the second part and his
heirs and assigns forever. All that certain parcel of land
lying and being the County of Alachua and State of Flor-
ida more particularly described as follows: Commence at the
South West corner of block two (2), and run North on hun-
dred feet, (100) along the west line of block, thence east one hundred
feet (100) parallel with the south line; then south one hun-
dred (100) parallel with the west line, then west one hun-
dred feet (100) along the south of block to point of
beginning; said lot lying and being in block two (2)
of the town plat of Grove Park, as surveyed and plotted
by W.W. Bailey, County Surveyor and recorded in Plat Book
"A" page five (5), of the public records of Alachua County, Flor-
ida: Together with all of the tenements, hereditaments and appurten-
ances, with every privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower
and right of dower, reversion, remainder and easement thereto
belonging or in anywise appertaining: To Have and to hold
the same in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the
first part do covenant with the said party of the second part
that they lawfully seized of the said premises, that they are
free from all incumbrances and that they good right and
lawful authority to sell the same; and that they will war-
want and defend the same against the lawful claims of all
persons.

hereunto set their hands and
seals the day and year above written.
