between James L. Rainey and Judith P. Rainey of the
County Alachua and State of Florida parties of the 
first part, and W.L. McRae of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part. Witness
eth that the said parties of the first part for and in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar in paid by
the said party of the second part, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have remised, released and quit
claimed, and by these presents do remise, release and quit
claim unto the said party of the second part, and heirs
and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest, claim and
demand which the said parties of the first part have in
and to the following described lot, piece or parcel of 
land, to wit: Commencing at the North-West corner
of Benjamin Williams lot in block twenty-four,
Brush's addition to Gainesville, and running West
fifty (50) feet thence South One hundred (100) feet
thence East fifty (50) feet thence North, one hundred
feet (100) to point of beginning. To Have And To Hold
the same, together with all and singular the appurten-
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto ap-
pertaining and all the estate, right, title, interest
and claim whatever of the said parties of the first
part, either in law or equity, to the only proper use,
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part. And his heirs and assigns forever. In Witness
