ment, a Commissioner of Deeds in and for The City
of New York, residing in the borough of Brooklyn, in
said County, commissioned and sworn and duly au-
thorized to take the same. And I further, that I am
well acquainted with the handwriting of such
Commissioner and verily believe that the signature to
the said certificate or proof or acknowledgment is
genuine, and that the same is executed and ack-
nowleged according to the law of the State of
New York. In Testimony Whereof, I have hereun-
to set my hand and affixed the seal of the said
County and Court, this day of Feb. 1914.

This Indenture, Made this 10th day of February A.D. 1914,
between Alex De Bose Jr. and wife Floril De Bose of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, party of the
first part, and Richard De Bose of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida, party of the second part. Witnesseth,
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Ten Dollars, in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledge,
have remised, released and quit-claimed, and by these presents
do remise, release and quit-claim unto the said party of
the second part, and his heirs and assigns forever, all the right,
title, interest, claim and demand which the said party of the
first part have in and to the following described lot, piece, or
parcel of land, to-wit:
The West Half of Lot No. Three (3) of O.A. Porter's Resurvey and
Subdivision of the S 1/2 of Block Ten (10) of Brown's Addition to
Gainesville, Florida measuring 90 feet from North to South
and 35 feet from East to West according to O.A. Porter's
plat of Resurvey and Sub. division of said S 1/2 Block 10,
Brown's Addition to Gainesville as recorded on page 74 of
Plat Book "A" public records of Alachua County Florida
