This Indenture, made this 9th day of October AD 1913, Be-
tween M.M. Lewis a Widow of the County of Suwannee and
State of Florida party of the first part, and R.B. Mc Feeters
in the County of Suwannee and State of Florida party of the
second part. Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part,
for and in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars,
to her in hand paid, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, has bargained, sold and transferred, and by these
presents do bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain parcel of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida more particularly described
as follows: A two thirds undivided interest in the North half
of the North east quarter, and the south west quarter of the North
east quarter of Section two, Township Seven South, Range fifteen
east of Tallahassee meridian containing One hundred sixteen
and one half acres Together with all the tenements, heredita-
ments and appurtenances, with every privilege, right, title, in-
terest and estate, dower and right of dower, reversion, remainder
and easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining: To
have and to hold the same in fee simple forever and the said
part of the first part do covenant with the said party of the sec-
ond part that she is lawfully seized of the said premises, that
they are free from all incumbrances, and that she has good right
and lawful authority to sell the same; and that she will warranty
and defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons.
