Witnesseth, that the said party of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of Two Hundred Dollars, to them
in hand paid, the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted,
bargained, sold and transferred, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the second part
and its heirs and assigns forever, all that certain parcel of land
lying and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
more particularly described as follows: A strip of land one hundred
and thirty (130) feet wide; being sixty five (65) feet on each side
of the centre line of the east leg of a proposed "y" track, con-
necting the present main line of the Atlantic Coast Line railroad,
with the new line of said Railroad between Dunnellon and Wilcox,
Fla., as located through the NW1/4 of SW1/4 and N1/2 of SW1/4
of SW1/4 of Section 17, Township 10 South, Range 14 East, bound-
ed on the North by the southern limit of the right of way of the
present main line of said railroad, on the east and west by lands
of J.C. Mc Grew, and on the south by lands of Mrs. Susan Kidd,
containing 4.97 acres, more or less, the centre line of said proposed
"y" track being a curvature of 4 degrees and 30 minutes, all as shown
on attached plat, which is hereby made a part of this indenture To-
gether with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, with every
privilege, right, title, interest and estate, dower and right of dower, re-
version, remainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining: To Have And To Hold the same in fee simple for-
ever. And the said parties of the first part do covenant with the
said party of the second part that they lawfully seized of the
said premises, that they are free from all incumbrances
and that they have good right and lawful authority to sell
the same; and the said parties of the first part do hereby fully
warrant the title to said land, and will defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
In Witness Whereof, the said parties of the first part have, hereunto
