Known All Men by these presents That we, Ida D. Williams,
widow, and F.Y. Smith, joined by his wife Natalye Smith, all
of Alachua County Florida, (the said Ida D. Williams and
F.Y. Smith being the sole surviving heirs at law of F.E. Wil-
liams, deceased) parties of the first party, for and in consider-
ation of the sum of $ 10.00 lawful money, in hand paid by
John G. White, of Alachua County Florida, party of the second
part, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, have sold,
conveyed, remised, release and quit-claimed, and by these
presents do sell, convey, remise, release and quit-claim unto the
said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns, all the
right, title, claim, interest or demand either at law or in e-
quity, which the parties of the first part may have or claim
in and to the following described lands situated, lying
and being in Alachua County Florida, to wit:-
The North line of blocks in the south east quarter, sec-
tion four, township ten, south or range seventeen, east, in the
survey of the town of Newberry.
Together with the appurtenances thereunto belonging or anywise
appertaining To Have And To Hold The same unto the said
party of the second part, his heirs and assigns together
with all the right, title, interest, claim or demand, of the
said parties of the first part therein and thereto, either at
law or in equity, unto his and their own proper use, bene-
fit and behoof forever.
In Witness Whereof the said parties of the first part have
hereunto set their hands and affixed their seals, This 10
day of Sept. 1913.
