I hereby certify that on this day, before me personally came
and appeared Ida D. Williams, widow, and F. Y. Smith and
Natalye Smith, his wife; to me well known and by me well
known to be the identical persons described in and who execut-
ed the foregoing deed, and they each and severally acknowl-
edged to and before me that they executed the same for the
uses and purposes therein contained and expressed. & further certi-
fy that the said Mrs. Natalye Smith, wife of the said F. Y.
Smith, on an examination had and taken by and before me
separate and apart from her said husband, acknowledged to and
before me that she joined with her husband in the execution
thereof, and executed the same freely and voluntarily, and with-
out any apprehension, fear, compulsion or constraint of or from
her said husband.
