consideration of the sum of one Dollar to him in hand
paid by the said party of the second part, the receipts
whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted,
bargained and sold to the said party of the sec-
ond part, her heirs and assigns forever, the following
described land, to wit: Lots Four (4) Five (5) Six (6)
Seven (7), Eight (8) in Block 2 Two Yulee Place, Sec.
Nine (9) Township Eleven (11) S & R Eighteen (18) East. -
Also Lot Twelve (12) Thirteen (13). Block Two (2) Yulee
Place also Lot Three (3) in Block Two (2) Yulee Place
in Alachua Co., State of Florida. And the said
party of the first part dies hereby fully warrant
the title to said land, and will defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons whom-
soever. In Witness Whereof,  The said party of
the first part has hereunto set his hand and
seal the day and year first above written.

known to be the person described in and who execu
ted the foregoing deed, and acknowledged before
me that he executed the same freely and volunta-
rily for the purpose therein expressed. Witness
