This Indenture, Made and entered into on this 18th
day of October, AD 1913, by and between A.A. Ca-
meron as Assignee of and for the Estate of George E.
Foster, party of the first part and Mrs. R.C. Kells of
High Springs Alachua County, Florida, party of the
second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of the
first part, as Assignee as aforesaid, under and by
virtue of a Decree of the Circuit Court of the Eighth
Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Alachua
County, made and rendered by Hon. J.T. Wills,
Judge of said Court, on the 9th day of January, A
D 1909, and recorded in the records of Alachua
County, Florida, in Judgment Book No. 12, at page
575 on the 10th day of February, AD 1909, and for
and in consideration of the sum of One Hundred
and Fifty ($150.00) Dollars to him cash in hand paid
by Mrs R.C. Kells, party of the second part, has
granted, bargained, sold, aliened and conveyed, |
