                     This Indenture made the 28th
day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Nine between W.R. Riviere
day of December in the year of our Lord One Thousand
Nine Hundred and Nine between W.R. Riviere and
W.C. Riviere his wife of the County of Hillsborough
State of Florida parties of the first part and D.A. Witt
and W.O. Witt of the County of Alachua and State of
Florida parties of the second part. Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in Con-
-sideration of the sum of One Thousand dollars
lawful Money of the United States of America to them
in hand paid by the said parties of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt Whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
granted bargained, sold, Conveyed and Confirmed
and by these presents do grant, bargain, sell
Convey and Confirm unto the said parties
of the second part And to their heirs and Assigns
forever all the following lot piece tract or parcel
of land situate lying and being in the County of
Alachua and State of Florida and described as follows
