and known as the Turner land. To Have and To Hold
the above described premises together with all and singular
the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
unto her the said party of the second part heirs and
assigns forever. And the said party of the first part
does hereby fully warrant the title to said land
and will defend the same against the lawful claims
