part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bar-
gained and sold to the said party of the second part, his
heirs and assigns forever, the following described lots, pieces,
parcels or tract of land, situated and being in Alachua Coun-
ty, Florida, to-wit: Commence at N.W. corner of Block two (2) in
Browns Addition to Gainesville, Fla., Thence South 131 feet, Thence
South 192 feet E. 138 feet, North 192 feet West 138 feet to beg-
inning same land as described in deed book 48 page 298
of the public records of Alachua, Co. To have and to hold
the above described premises, together with all and singular
the tenements, the hereditaments and appurtenances to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining, unto him the
said party of the second part, heirs and assigns forever. and
the said parties of the first part do hereby fully warrant the
title to said land, and will defend the same against the
lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
