Alachua County   }  Know All Men by these presents that
I, William F. Flynn of Gainesville, in Alachua County,
Florida for and in consideration of the sum of Sixty ($60
00) Dollars to me cash in hand on this day paid by e.
C.F. Sanchez and R.F. Taylor of Gainesville, Florida, have
bargained, sold, conveyed and forever quit claimed, and by
these presents do grant, bargain, sell, convey and forever quit
claim unto the said E.C.F. Sanchez and R.F. Taylor all of
my right, title, interest, claim and estate at law or in equity
of in and to all of that certain lot, tract, piece, or parcel of
land situated, lying and being in what is known as "Browns
Addition" to the Town of Gainesville in Alachua County, State
of Florida more particularly known and described as being
Lot No Fifteen (15) of said "Browns Addition" to said Town of
Gainesville, Florida the same being a party of the North West
Quarter of Section Five (5) in Township Ten (10) South of Range
Twenty (20) East.
Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise
appertaining.
To Have And to Hold the same unto them the said E.C.F.
Sanchez and R.F. Taylor and to their heirs, executors, admin-
istrators and assigns in fee simple forever free and clear of
all claims or demands upon the part of myself and my heirs
executors and administrators.
In testimony Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed hereto my seal on this 18th day of May AD 1883.
