ticularly known and described as follows; to-wit: Lot Five (5),
in Block One Hundred and Twenty-seven (127); Lot Six (6), in
Block Fifty-four (54); Lot Four (4), in Block Fifty-five (55); Lot
Two (2) and Lot Five (5), in Block One Hundred and Thirty-one
(131), All in the City of High Springs, according to the recorded
Plat thereof on file and of record in the Court House of said
County, in Plat Book "A", at page Six (6). To Have And To Hold
the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances there-
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining, and all the estate,
right, title, interest and claim whatsoever of the grantors, either
in law or equity, to the only proper use, benefit and behoof of
the said grantee, his heirs and assigns forever. And the said
grantors, for themselves, their heirs, executors and administrators,
do covenant, promise and agree to and with the said grantee,
his heirs and assigns that the said grantors, and their heirs,
the title to said land unto the said grantee, his heirs and
assigns, against the said grantors, their heirs and assigns, and
against all and every other person or persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof,
by, from or under them, or any of them, shall and will war-
rant and forever defend by these presents.
In Witness Whereof, the said grantors have hereunto set their
hands and affixed their seals, the day and year first afore-
said.

Before me personally appeared John C. Raabe and Anna M.
Raabe, his wife, to me well known and known to me to
be the individuals described in and who executed the fore-
going instrument, and acknowledged before me that they exe-
cuted the same for the purposes therein expressed, and the
said Anna M. Raabe, wife of the said John C. Raabe, upon a
separate and private examination by me taken separate and a-
part from her said husband, acknowledged to and before
me that she executed said instrument freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion, constraint, apprehension, or fear
of or from her said husband.
