said Circuit Court, on the 9th day of January, AD 1909, and
recorded in the records of Alachua County, Florida, in Judg-
ment Book No. 12, at page 575, on the 10th day of February,
AD 1909, and for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
($50.00) Dollars this day paid to me by W.S. Broome, party
of the second part, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened, and
conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bargain, sell, a-
lien, convey and confirm unto the said party of the second
part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all that certain
lot, tract, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying and being
in the Town of High Springs in Alachua County, Florida, and
particularly known, distinguished and described as follows:-
to-wit: All of Block One Hundred and Eight (108), according
to the Plat of said Town of High Springs, recorded in Plat
Book "A" at page 6 of the Public Records of Alachua County,
Florida. Together with all and singular the rights, tenements,
hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same belonging or in
anywise appertaining. To Have And To Hold the above granted
and described property and every part and parcel thereof,
unto him the said party of the second part, and to his
heirs, executors, administrators and assigns forever, in fee
simple absolute. In Testimony Whereof, the said A.A. Cam-
eron as assignee as aforesaid, has hereunto set his hand
and affixed his seal on the day and year first above written.

Personally came before me, A.A. Cameron, to me well and
personally known, and known to be the identical person
described in and who executed the above and foregoing
Deed, and acknowledged that he signed, sealed and deliv-
ered the said Deed as Assignee of and for the Estate of
George E. Foster, as therein recited, at the time and place,
in the manner, and for the uses and purposes as therein
set forth and contained; and that he is authorized and em-
powered to sell the said property and to make said Deed
as such assignee, by virtue of a Decree of the Circuit
Court within and for Alachua County, Florida, made and
