This Indenture, made and entered into on this 7th day of
May, AD 1914, by and between A.A. Cameron as Assignee of
and for the Estate of George E. Foster, party of the first part,
and E.E. Cannon, party of the second part, Witnesseth:  That the
said party of the first part, as Assignee as aforesaid, under and
by virtue of a Decree of the Circuit Court of the Eighth Judicial
Circuit of Florida, in and for Alachua County, made and rendered
by Hon. J.T. Wells, Judge of said Circuit Court, on the 9th day
of January, AD 1909, and recorded in the records of Alachua
County, Florida, in Judgment Book No. 12, at page 575, on the 10th
day of February, AD 1909, and for and in consideration of the
sum of Fifty ($50.00) Dollars this day paid to me by E.E. Can-
non, party of the second part, has granted, bargained, sold,
aliened, and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, bar-
gain, sell, alien, convey and confirm unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns forever, all
that certain lot, tract, piece or parcel of land, situated, lying
and being in the town of High Springs in Alachua County,
Florida, and particularly known, distinguished and described
as follows, to-wit: All of Block One Hundred Thirty-nine (139),
according to the Plat of said Town of High Springs, recorded
in Plat Book "A" at page 6 of the Public Records of Alachua
County, Florida. Together with all and singular the rights,
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances, to the same be-
