longing or in anywise appertaining. To Have And To Hold
the above granted and described property and every part
and parcel thereof, unto him the said party of the second
part, and to his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns
forever, in fee simple absolute.
In Testimony Whereof, the said A.A. Cameron as assignee as afore-
said, has hereunto set his hand and affixed his seal on the day
and year first above written.

Personally came before me, A.A. Cameron, to me well and
personally known, and known to be the identical person
described in and who executed the above and foregoing Deed,
and acknowledge that he signed, sealed and delivered the
said Deed as assignee of and for the Estate of George
E. Foster, as therein recited, at the time and place, in the
manner, and for the uses and purposes as therein set forth
and contained; and that he is authorized and empowered to
sell the said property and to make said Deed as such as-
signee, by virtue of a Decree of the Circuit Court within and
for Alachua County, Florida, made and rendered by Hon.
J.T. Wells, Judge of said Court, on the 9th day of January,
AD 1909.
