This Indenture, made the 13th day of May in the year of
our Lord one thousand nine hundred and 13, between John
W. Nash and Mrs Katie Nash his wife of the County of
Alachua and State of Florida, party of the first part, and Mrs
A.E. Bailey of the County of Alachua and State of Florida,
party of the second part, Witnesseth: That the said party of
the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dol-
lars, more or less lawful money of the United States of America,
to them in hand paid by the said party of the second part at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the re-
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained,
sold, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do grant,
bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto the said party of
the second part, and to her heirs and assigns, forever, all
the following piece, parcel, lot or tract of land, situate, lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida, and
described as follows: North Half of Lot (1) one Section 6 Township
Ten S. Range Fourteen containing 40 acres more or less to-
gether with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or appertaining; and every right,
title or interest, legal or equitable, of the said party of the
first part of, in and to the same. To Have And To Hold the
same unto the said party of the second part, and her heirs
or assigns, to their own proper use, benefit and behoof forever.
